At 41 years of age, I had my first full physical at the doctor’s office since I was 14. All the bloodwork, etc. has come back normal, as well as the other tests they did. They told me I’m fat, but otherwise in great physical shape. So, since I’ve been given this clean bill of health, what am I going to do with it?
